Food in Kumamoto

Kumamoto has a traditional foods. First, Kumamoto has Basashi which taste is good. I often look it at Izakaya. When I eat it, I feel happy, so I want to eat many times. Second, Kumamoto has Ramen. I often hear about Kokutei ramen. I have never eaten Kokutei ramen since I come to Kumamoto city. I want to it sometimes.
